2.5 lb chuck roast
1 onion (pureed in food processor)
2 T minced garlic
1 packet Lawrey's taco seasoning
Salt and pepper
24 oz can crushed tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in slow-cooker, topping it all off with the crushed tomatoes. Cook on low for at least 9 hours or high for 5.5 hours. Take out and it falls apart. Once it is shreedded, spoon some of the sauce on top. Happy taco night.
