2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bunch asparagus
1 pint grape tomatoes
4 oz mozzarella
½ cup + 2 Tbs balsamic vinegar
¼ cup + 1 tsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ½ cup balsamic, ¼ cup olive oil, garlic powder and pepper in a large Ziploc bag. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight. After marinating, grill chicken

Preheat oven to 400* Snap ends off asparagus. Line cookie sheet with foil. Line asparagus on cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. Put on top rack of over for 8-10 minutes, until asparagus is tender

Place halved tomatoes in a frying pan with 1 tsp olive oil and 2 Tbs balsamic. Cook a few minutes until tomatoes are soft.

Place chicken and asparagus on plate top with tomatoes and mozzarella. Drizzle with extra balsamic from tomato pan.
