15 lbs. diced tomatoes
4 large green peppers
4 large onions
1 head garlic
3 small pkgs. dry spaghetti sauce mix
1 Italian seasoning mix
3 6-oz. cans Italian paste
1 T. salt
1 T. garlic salt
1 T. oregano
1 T. paprika
2 T. onion salt
2/3 - 3/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Simmer 2 1/2 hours. May strain for smooth sauce. Pour in jars. Water bath 30 minutes. Makes 15 half pints.
