1 tsp. fruit fresh per pint

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and lay fruit in sterilized plugged sink. Pour boiling water over fruit for a few minutes to loosen skins. Carefully drain water. Peel fruit. Slice and place in sterilized pint jars. Add fruit fresh. Approximately 1 pound of fruit per pint jar. Boil 1 c. sugar and 3 c. water to make light syrup. Allow 1/2 c. to 2/3 c. syrup per pint. Pour over fruit. Leave 1/2-inch space at top of jar. Wipe jar rims. Prepare lids. Seal. Water bath pints 25 minutes.
