1 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 c. tender quick
1 T. liquid smoke

Directions:
Suction juice into injection needle. Inject bird thoroughly in breasts, thighs and legs. You may grill right away or leave bird in the refrigerator overnight to marinate more.
