1 pound hamburger
1 pound bacon, cut in chunks, fried and drained
Optional: 1/2 smoked sausage loop or 4 to 5 smoked or spicy sausages, sliced and fried
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 small (4 ounce) can diced mild green chilis
Liquid Smoke to taste (approximately 2 teaspoons)
Few dashes of Tobasco
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup catsup (can use agave-sweetened)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 can fried onion rings (save for topping)
7 cans various beans such as black, butter, pinto, kidney, garbanzo, etc.

Fry together the hamburger, onion and garlic until done - drain grease and put mixture in crock pot. Fry bacon - drain and add to crock pot. Fry slices of sausage - drain and add to crock pot. Add all other ingredients to crock pot except for onion rings. Stir well and cook on low until very hot - 5 to 6 hours. Top individual servings with fried onion rings.
