For each serving
1 portion bluefish
1 T. mayonnaise
1 T. lime juice
1 sprig fresh dill
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put one portion-sized filet on a piece of aluminum foil. Spread with 1 T.
mayonnaise. Pour over 1 T. lime juice. Place on 1 sprig fresh dill. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Close foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
