1 pkg. dried prunes
1 pkg. dried peaches
2 pkgs. dried apricots
1 pkg. dried apples
1 pkg. currants
12 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
7 tbsp. flour
2 qts. canned cherries
4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut all dried fruit into small pieces. Put the fruit into a canner or large pot. Fill canner 3/4 full of water. Bring to a boil. Mix flour and sugar with 4 c. water. Add to fruit mixture. Boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Add cherries. Pour into prepared jars and seal. If mousse is too thick after being sealed, I always add some water. If you would like it sweeter, add some apple juice.
