4 cups Strawberries
2 cups sugar
2 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add sugar to hulled strawberries and mash.
2. Stir in buttermilk.
3. Pour into refrigerator trays (ice cube trays without the dividers) or shallow pan.
4. Freeze until firm.
5. Break into chunks, and beat with an electric beater.
6. Serve and enjoy!

Optional: You may fill sherbet glasses/dish and refreeze until served.
