2/3 cup shortening
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs. Gradually add remaining ingredients and mix. Roll out dough use cookie cutters to cut out and bake until lightly golden brown. Frost and decorate
