1 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup chopped nuts
large marshmallows

Frosting
3/4 cup melted butter(cool to room temperature)
3 tablespoons water
2 cups confectionary sugar
1/2 cup cocoa

Preheat oven 350

Cream sugar, shortening, and egg until fluffy gradually milk and vanilla, Add remaining dry ingredients dry ingredients mixing thoughly.Drop rounded spoonful of dough onto greased baking sheet. Bake around 8 minutes you do not want them completly done yet at this time add a half a marshmelow and bake until marshmellow swells up. Cool and frost with the above frosting.

Make sure the butter is cooled so your frosting will be nice and fluffy.
