Roll into balls the size of walnuts and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Roll out each ball in confectionery sugar and fill. Fill in the middle and bring the sides up to fold.

Personal Notes:
This recipe was given to me by Louise Albaugh of Owosso, Michigan.

I stopped at her house many years ago and her kitchen smelled wonderful. Asked what she was baking and she gave me the recipe and went home to make them. Made them for graduations many visitors and
Parties. Also used as gifts.

We lost this recipe for a couple of years but thankfully it was found. This crust is thin and buttery and delicious.
