2 cups self rising flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons allspice
1 cups chopped walnuts
2 small jars plum baby food
3 large eggs
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 º
Combine dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl, then add baby food, eggs and oil. Stir by hand until all ingredients are mixed well. Grease miniature muffin tins and fill halfway with muffin batter. Bake for 15 -17 minutes until the edges of the muffins pull away from the tin.
Makes 10 dozen miniature muffins.

Years ago we found the neatest little "tea room" outside of Gatlinburg. The Wild Plum Tearoom est. 1984. Love these muffins. Warning it makes 10 dozen so freeze some or half the recipe.

For some reason plum baby food has been discontinued. I used apple and blueberry last time I made these. Worked well.
