Banana peppers
1 chopped onion
I chopped bell pepper
4 sweet pickles, chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 package Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp cheddar cheese
1 slice of bacon for each pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion, bell pepper, pickles, tomato, cheese and salt and pepper to taste together. Stuff banana pepper with the mixture and wrap with bacon.

Bake at 375 degrees until bacon is done, 30 - 45 minutes. Half way through, pour off bacon grease.
