1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
2 cups raw cut rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together in a small bowl. Cut in the shortening. Stir in egg and milk; work into dough and spread into bottom and sides of a greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Spread the rhubarb int he pan and sprinkle with dry Jello powder.

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Delicious slightly warm!
