3 cups cut rhubarb
10 cut marshmallows
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange cut rhubarb in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Add marshmallows and 3/4 cup sugar rhubarb.

Cream shortening and 1 cup sugar; add 2 beaten eggs. Add flour, salt and baking powder alternately with milk. Pour batter over fruit. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Serve warm.
