1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding mix
3/4 cup water
1 can canned pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Blend well for 4 minutes. Pour into well greased plastic Bundt pan. Bake in Radarrange (A models) 12 to 14 minutes on full power. If you do not have one of the new Rotawave models, cook 18 to 21 minutes on Cookmatic Level 7, rotating about 3 times.

Let cool in pan, turned upside down on serving plate, for about 10 minutes before lifting pan from cake. Also, makes excellent cupcakes. Sprinkled with powdered sugar, if desired. A cream cheese icing or glaze works well with this cake.
