1 lb. small curd cream style cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup melted butter
1 pt. sour cream

Grease 1 (9 inch) spring form pan; dust with graham cracker crumbs. Mix cottage cheese and cream in large mixer bowl. Beat at high speed until creamy. Blend in sugar, then eggs, still at high speed. Reduce speed to low; add cornstarch, lemon juice, butter, vanilla and sour cream. Beat until blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in 325º oven for about 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until firm. Turn off oven and let stand in oven 2 hours (without opening door). Remove and cool completely on a wire rack. Chill. Remove from pan. Freezes well.
