1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 env. gelatin
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 egg yolks
1/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils; cool. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Gradually add 1/3 cup sugar while continuing to beat. Fold into pumpkin mixture with 2 cups miniature marshmallows. Pour into 9 inch pie pan (with or without baked pastry shell). Chill pie until firm.
