1 cup flour
1 stick oleo
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup frozen lemon or limeade
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg white
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Make pie crust from flour, oleo and sugar. Bake in pie pan at 375º for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Beat the egg white until soft peaks. Whip the cream and slowly add sugar. Fold together the whipped cream, beaten egg white and lemonade. Pour into baked pie shell and cover with plastic wrap or foil. Freeze. This recipe was given to me by Joan Jacobs Long, Mary Lou's sister-in-law.
