1 pkg. cottae cheese (1 2/3 cup approximately - put through a sieve)
1 cup sugar
A little salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/16th tsp. Mapleine flavoring
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten until foamy
1/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and put into pie dish lined with pie crust pastry. Drop a dozen (or two) raisins here and there. Mix 1 teaspoon brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; shake over the top with small strainer. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes, then lower to 300º for 1 hour, until done.
