1 Tsp Tumeric (qhia zoov)
2 lb lean pork meat grinded
1 thinly slice pork skin
1 cup green onions
1 cup red onions
3-4 lemon grass thinly slice
1 cup cilantro
1 cup Vietnamese mint curry leaf (Luam Laws)
1 cup of sawtooth coriander leaf (plaig os)
1 cup of mint
1/2 cup lemon leaf
3-4 hot pepper
2 Tsp salt
2 cup roasted rice
2 Tsp Fish sauce

1. Grind the lean pork meat place it in a skillet and cook til the meat turns all white.
2. Mix roasted rice, salt, black pepper, lemon leaf, lemon grass to the grind meat mix evenly. Add the rest of the
spices and the pork skins and fish sauce. Mix.
