5 pack Rice noodle (Khaub Poob noodles)
6 small cans of Bamboo shoot thinly slice
6 lbs Chicken
3 cans of banana flower
3 cans of quail eggs
1 1/2 cup of garlic chili oil (self made)
2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp chicken flavor
1/2 cup red curry
4-5 clover garlic finely chop

Veggie thinly chop
1 bunch mint
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch green onions
1 small cabbage
1 fresh banana flower

Preparing the broth:
1. Boil chicken when finish let it cool-then shred into small pieces- keep broth
2. Boil bamboo shoot until fully cook-drain
3. In a separate pot cook the coconut then add red curry and garlic chili oil, bring to boil for 2-3 minutes
4. In another separate pot put 2-3 tablespoon of oil wait til hot then add the finely chopped garlic stir until golden brown
5. Add chicken, quail eggs, banana flower (can) and bamboo shoot cook for 2-3 minutes then pour the chicken broth
in bring it to boil then add the curry mix, salt, chicken flavor, and fish sauce to your liking and continue cooking for
2-3 minutes

Preparing the noodles:
1. Soak noodles in cold water for 1-2 hours
2. Bring to boil a pot of water add noodles stir to prevent noodles from burning
3. Boil noodles for 5 minutes test one strand of noodle for softness by squeezing it between thumb and pointer finger.
Once soft, pour out hot water by replacing cold water and rinsing until the noodle cools.
4. Once noodles are cool, take a few strands about an inch start twirling it into a coil and place in a drainer. Continue
process until all noodles are done.
5. To eat, take a coil of noodle into a bowl, add chicken soup and veggie. Voila Enjoy!
