3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cup Crisco shortening
1 egg, well beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt and cut in the shortening. Beat together the egg, vinegar and cold water. Drizzle the beaten liquid mixture into the flour, salt, shortening mix. Stir together. Roll out into 3 (9 inch) pie crusts. Tastes even better if rolled out and frozen before the filling is added.
