3 leeks, sliced thin
2 stalks of celery, sliced thin
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp thyme
1-14 oz can diced tomatoes
2+3/4 dry WHITE wine
1 bay leaf
3 TB fresh parsley
2- 8oz bottles of Clam juice or Clamato Juice
24 scallops quartered
1 pound of fish of your choice, cut into bite size pieces
1 pound of shrimp
1 pound of crab or lobster or both
2 tsp fennel seeds (optional) or ( half the amount of celery) thinly sliced fresh fennel

Directions:

Cook leeks, garlic, celery, garlic, thyme & fennel (if using) in small amount of olive oil until soft
Add all other wet ingredients & bring to a boild
Add all seafood, reduce heat & simmer until seafood is cooked
