1 package dry yeast (regular)
2 cup bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry skim milk
1 tbsp butter
1 cup (minus 1 tbsp) water

Assemble the machine and pour the yeast into the inner pot along the edge, then add all of the remaining
ingredients, carefully adding the water last...
Select MED on the indicator, close the top and press start...

*Variations:
Cinnamon Bread:
Add 3/4 tbsp cinnamon to the dry ingredients, then add 1 tsp cinnamon mixed into 1 tbsp of sugar when
the electronic timer beeps 10 times. After brushing the top of the finished loaf with melted butter, dust
the top of it with additional cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Applesauce Bread:
Substitute 1/2 of the water with a like amount of any CHUNKY style applesauce. After brushing the top of
the finished loaf with melted butter, dust the top of it with additional cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Maple Walnut Bread:
Substitute 2 tbsp DARK maple syrup for a like amount of water and add 1/4 tsp maple flavoring to the
water. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts to the pot when the electronic timer beeps 10 times.
