2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups of water
24 Ritz crackers
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the first 3 ingredients, (cream of tartar, sugar and water) in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
2. Drop in 24-whole, Ritz crackers and boil for 2 minutes.
3. Pour into pie crust.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon ( amount you desire).
5, Combine sugar, flour and butter, for topping and sprinkle over pie.
6. Bake at 425º F. for 20-25 minutes.
