2-3 pounds pork (ribs or roast)
1-2 tsp salt
3-4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 cans spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork , add salt, when done remove meat and cut into bite size pieces. Add potatoes into broth and cook about 10 minutes. Add spinach and bring to a boil. Add cut up pork and bring to a light boil. Add 1/2 recipe of Danish Dumplings (recipe in pasta category)
