CRUST:
1 cup butter, softened
2 TBSP powdered sugar
2 cups flour
FILLING:
6 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
2 TBSP flour
1/2 tsp salt
5 cups finely chopped rhubarb(1/4 pieces)
TOPPING:
6 egg whites-beat until frothy and add
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1tsp vanilla
12 TBSP sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust oil crumbly and put in pan. Press some up on the sides about 1 inch . Press rest in bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350ºMix together filling and pour over crust . Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes. Topping : Beat eggs and and cream of tartar and vanilla, beating until soft peaks form , continue beating adding sugar until stiff and glossy. Put on dessert and bake for 12 minutes at 350º
