Ingredients:  
1 pound hamburger
1 cup celery cut fine
1 onion cut thin
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can water
1 can Chinese noodles
3-4 TBSP soy sauce
1 can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and add onion and celery. Mix soup, soy sauce and water, add mushrooms and soup to meat . Place half of soup/meat mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole and put 1/2 noodles on . top if with the rest of the soup/meat mixture and rest of noodles on top of that. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350º and then 30 minutes uncovered
