5-6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
1 medium to large onion, chopped
3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced thin
1 1/2 pounds browned ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can vegetable beef soup
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray medium size roaster with cooking spray. Layer half of potatoes, onion. carrots and ground beef. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat layers. Spread cream of chicken soup over top and then the vegetable beef soup, put 1 can water on top of that. Bake covered for 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350º. Remove cover the last 15 minutes
