CRUST AND TOPPING:
1 cup uncooked rolled oats
1/2 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed firmly
1/2 cup butter
FILLING:
3 cups diced, unpeeled rhubarb
1 TBSP flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 TBSP water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oats, flour and sugar. Cut in butter with knives or pastry blender until crumbly. Place 1/2 of mixture in 8x8 pan and pour the filling on top.
Filling: Mix dry ingredients and stir in water. Mix with rhubarb. Pour on top oat mixture in pan. Top with rest of oat mixture and bake in a preheated 350º oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Cut into 8 or 9 pieces and serve warm, topped with ice cream
