1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sour cream
3 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP cinnamon
1 TBSP water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour with pastry blender. Stir in sour cream. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Mix 3 TBSP sugar and cinnamon. Divide dough in half. Roll 1/2 into rectangle about 20x7 inches on sugared well flour area. Sprinkle with 1/2 of sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up tightly, beginning at 7 inch side. Roll other 1/2 of dough into a 20x7 inch rectangle. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place loose end of roll on the 7 inch side of rectangle. Pinch edge to seal and continue to roll up tightly. Pinch edge of dough into roll and seal. Wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 48 hours. Cut roll into 1/4 inch slices. Place on cookie sheet that is ,lined with parchment paper. Brush with 3 TBSP sugar and water mixture. Bake 300-350 º until golden brown. Watch first batch closely to see what temp to set it at as these burn easily
