Cook giblets, wings from turkey. Cut up 3 celery stalks and 1 onion with wings. Simmer covered with water. Drain liquid and save. Finely chop up rest. Mix 1 bag onion and sage breadcrumbs with 1 bag plain breadcrumbs and 1 box stove top stuffing and seasoning ( no butter or water) Can add poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Add 2 eggs, Soak crumbs in saved liquid, can add milk or some water or 2 cans clear chicken broth. This should be pretty soupy. Add ground mixture. Spray casserole with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-2 hours, check frequently
