1 cup uncooked wild rice
3 cups chicken broth
1 medium chopped onion
1/4-1/2 cup chopped green pepper
dash of garlic
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
2 cans mushrooms (drained)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup or small package thinly sliced almonds
2-4 cups turkey

Directions:
Directions:
cook rice in chicken broth until almost done, Add onion and pepper. Cover and cook until rice and vegetables are tender. Add another cup of broth if needed. Add a dash of garlic.
To rice add: cheese, chicken soup , mushroom soup, mushrooms , salt , pepper, almonds and turkey. Mix gently and pat into a buttered 9x13 pan. Toast and butter 4 slices of bread, Break into croutons and cover turkey mixture . I use croutons and drizzle butter over them) Bake at 350 º for 1 hour uncovered
