2 pounds lean round or flank steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
2 TBSP ketchup
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in gallon ziplock bag, mix. Separate beef slices and add to marinate. Marinate for 1 hour turning bad over occasionally. Drain and place on trays to dehydrate
