Jamaican Jerk rub--(Salmon, MahiMahi ,Steak, Pork,Chicken)
1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp ground allspice,1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/4 tsp black pepper.
All Purpose rub--
1/4 cup plus 2 TBSP chili powder, 2 TBSP ground cumin, 1 TBSP dried Oregano, 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Can save up to 3 months. Put about 2 TBSP into each pound of meat, veggies, fish. Refrigerate for a few hours to marinade if desired
