1/2 stick butter- melt and sauce 1 onion
ADD:1/4 cup of flour
1 tsp dry mustard
Add 2 cups of chicken broth and stir slowly
Add 3 cups of diced potatoes and a large package of California blend vegetables.
Directions:
Directions:
Cook about 20 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add 3 cups of milk and heat until warm. Add 2 cups of velvet cheese and cutup cooked bacon or Hillshire Kielbasa sausage if desired. Stir until cheese is melted and soup is of desired temperature
