1 1/2 pounds broccoli
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup onion
1 can chicken broth
1/4 cup butter
2 cups milk
3 TBSP cornstarch
1 cup velvet cheese, cubed
Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender. Sauce onion in butter. Add onion and chicken broth to broccoli. Add milk thickened with cornstarch. Add cheese but do not boil. Serve immediately
