5-6 diced potatoes
5-6 diced carrots
5-6 diced celery stalks
1/2 large onion( can use dried onion)
3 chicken bouillon cubes ( or chicken soup base)
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 pound bacon, fired crisp and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cover vegetables with water(just enough to cover vegetables) Add chicken bouillon. Cook until vegetables are tender. Don't drain! Add evaporated milk ( undiluted) and cheddar cheese soup, add bacon. ( You can also add a TBSP of drippings from the bacon to give a good flavor)
