1 cup cooked ham
1 cup asparagus, trimmed and cut into diagonal 1 inch pieces
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 TBSP all purpose flour
4 eggs
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat 9 inch pie pan with non stick spray. In a bowl whisk the pepper, dijon, flour, eggs, and egg whites until smooth. Stir in ham, cheese and asparagus. Pour into the pie plate. Bake at 350 º for 30-35 minutes or until set in the middle and golden on top
