2 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp soda
3/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cup flour
3 1/2 cup rhubarb
Directions:
Directions:
mix ingredients and put in greased 9x13 pan .
Sprinkle with mixture of :
2 TBSP butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
While quite warm frost with:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 TBSP butter moistened with lemon juice
