6-8 slices bread ( no crust)
shredded cheddar cheese
diced ham
3 cups milk
8 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
dash of pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 9x13 pan layer the bread then put the chopped ham on top and then top that with shredded cheddar cheese....repeat it for a second layer. Mix milk, eggs,salt,dry mustard and pepper with electric mixer. pour on top of layers and cover. Refrigerate over night, uncover and top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes or until set
