1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup cornmeal( yellow or white)
1/2 cup graham flour
1/4 cup oil or melted lard
1/2 tsp dark corn syrup
1 tsp baking soda
about 2 cups white flour, enough to make stiff dough

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and roll very thin on floured surface. Bake on a leafs grill until very light brown. Transfer to oven rack in a slightly warm oven (about 215 degrees) to become crisp and dry out
