1 1/2 or 1 3/4 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg OR 1-1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 qt. of softened vanilla ice cream

Directions:

Blend first 6 ingredients with mixer. Fold in ice cream. Pour into pie shell or graham cracker crust and freeze.
