Bake 1 Jiffy cake (white) in 9X13 pan; cool

In one bowl, beat together 1 c. milk and 8 oz. cream cheese

In another bowl, beat together 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding with 1 c. milk

Then, mix these 2 (bowls) together. Spread over cooled cake.

Spread a (#2) can of drained crushed pineapple over the cake. Then, cover all this with Cool Whip or 2 envelopes of Dream Whip.

Sprinkle with white or colored coconut.
