1 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
-Mix together and pat in 9X9 pan. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes.

COOK until thick:
2 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp flour
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. milk

Pour cooked mixture over crust, top with meringue.

Beat egg whites with 1 tsp cream of tartar, add 1/3 c. sugar, beat till stiff. Bake 400 for 10 minutes or lightly brown.
