1/2 c. plus 1tbsp margarine
1 c. flour
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp sugar
2 large pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 envelope whipped topping
2 (3oz) pkg raspberry gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 (10oz )pkg frozen raspberries, thawed

Directions:

Combine margarine, flour and 1 Tbsp sugar for crust. Press into a 9X13 pan. Bake 20 minutes in 300 oven. Cool.

Prepare cheese mixture by creaming together cheese and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and salt. Fold in 1/4 c. whipped topping; fold in remaining whipped topping. Spread cream cheese layer over crust and chill.

Dissolve gelatine and 1/2 c. sugar in boiling water. Add raspberries. Sitr and chill until partially thick. Spread over cheese mixture; chill overnight
