1 angel food cake
2 sm. (or 1 lg) vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
2 c. vanilla ice cream
2 sm (or 1 lg) pkg strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (10oz) pkg frozen strawberries
Cool whip, garnish

Take 1 angel food cake, tear it in pieces and put in a 9X13 pan or tupperware container with a lid. Beat vanilla instant pudding with milk in a medium bowl until slightly thick. Beat in ice cream. Continue beating until well mixed. Pour over the angel food pieces and spread to the edges of container. Refrigerate while doing the next step.

Dissolve strawberry jello in boiling water. Stir well. Add slightly frozen strawberries. Stir until congealed. Pour carefully over the puddings. Chill in refrigerator several hours before serving. Cut in 12-15 servings and top with a dab of Cool Whip. Good recipe for Easter dinner.
