2 c. flour
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp powdered sugar, divided
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice (do not use Real Lemon Juice)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Beat together flour, butter, and 1/2 c. powdered sugar until blended. Press into the bottom of a greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake crust for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden. Beat eggs, sugar, baking powder, salt and lemon juice in bowl until smooth. Pour over hot crust and bake for 15 minutes more or until bubbly and lightly browned. Cool completely and dust with 1 Tbsp powdered sugar. cut into diamonds or squares. Lift out of the pan and store at room temperature in covered container.
